Lumière Boulevard, HCMC, Vietnam.
A landmark residential development introducing one of Vietnam’s most extensive vertical green façades, bringing a new dimension of greenery and natural comfort to high-rise urban living

The architectural concept reimagines the façade as a living ecosystem, integrating vegetation into the building envelope to create a biophilic connection between residents and nature across 34 storeys.

More than 3,500 lightweight GFRC planter boxes were engineered and installed as part of the green façade system. Each unit incorporates a built-in automatic irrigation network, ensuring sustainable plant growth with minimal maintenance

This project represents a breakthrough in GFRC application, transforming the material from a decorative surface into a functional architectural component, one that supports life, enhances environmental performance, and redefines the future of green façades in tropical high-rise design.
