From raw material selection to panel casting, and from dimensional checks to installation validation, we apply a rigorous QA/QC system that ensures each GRC panel meets the required structural, dimensional, and aesthetic standards before handover.

We recognize that every project — whether domestic or international — requires traceable, auditable, and contract-compliant documentation. Our QA/QC process is designed to support that fully.

 

Quality Control During Production

Each GRC panel undergoes multi-stage inspection, including:

 

Incoming material control

(cement, fibers, pigments, additives

Mold preparation and release quality

Casting inspection for thickness, fiber content, and finish consistency

Curing environment monitoring

Demolding and post-cure surface check

Dimensional checks, insert positioning, and anchor verification are performed based on approved shopdrawings. Tolerances are maintained according to international standards and project specifications.

 

Final Documentation & Handover Package

At project closeout, a complete QA/QC dossier is prepared and submitted, which may include:

 

Material certificates and batch traceability

Panel inspection reports and dimensional records

Test results (LOP/MOR, color stability, coating compatibility)

Installation inspection forms and sign-offs (for domestic projects)

As-built drawings and deviation logs (for domestic projects)

All documents are formatted for integration into the project’s handover or compliance file, supporting consultants, contractors, and developers with full transparency and confidence.
