Asiana Tower, Danang, Vietnam.
An artistic exploration of light, form, and material through sculptural GFRC structures — where craftsmanship and precision meet in luminous harmony.

The façade features over 5,000 m² of architectural precast concrete panels, each incorporating a gently curved geometry that defines the tower’s sculptural vertical rhythm. The complex shapes, impossible to achieve with conventional reinforced concrete, were precisely realized through high-performance precast technology.

Produced with meticulous accuracy, each precast balcony module was engineered for tight dimensional tolerances and smooth surface quality, ensuring consistency across the tower’s dynamic façade while maintaining the warmth and tactility of exposed concrete.

Located in a coastal environment with high salinity and corrosion potential, all mechanical connections were carefully designed and protected using high-strength, non-shrink grout infill, effectively isolating metal components from moisture and extending the long-term durability of the façade system
