At Fcrete, we understand that even the most precisely engineered GRC panels require careful handling, accurate sequencing, and proper installation methods to perform as intended. That’s why our responsibility doesn’t stop at manufacturing. We provide practical, timely, and project-specific support throughout the entire installation phase, ensuring every panel is positioned safely, correctly, and efficiently.

Specialized mini cranes are employed for handling and erecting lightweight elements

Prior to delivery, we collaborate with the project team to finalize lifting plans, panel sequencing, bracket locations, and interface alignment. All panel labels, shopdrawings, and packing documents are organized to streamline site workflows and avoid installation delays.

Each project is supplied with a customized Installation Method Statement, which outlines:
• Fixing system and subframe connection details
• Recommended tools, lifting equipment, and anchoring components
• Panel handling procedures and protection measures
• Shopdrawings coordinated with subframe and adjacent systems

Throughout the installation phase, our engineering team remains available for:
• Remote consultation and issue resolution
• Review of as-built conditions or site adjustments
• Clarification of joint detailing, tolerances, and sequencing steps

With Fcrete, installation support is more than an add-on — it is a built-in layer of technical assurance that ensures the GRC system performs exactly as it was designed to.
