That’s why our responsibility doesn’t stop at manufacturing. We provide practical, timely, and project-specific support throughout the entire installation phase, ensuring every panel is positioned safely, correctly, and efficiently.
Domestic Projects (Vietnam)
For projects within Vietnam, Fcrete assumes full responsibility across the entire delivery chain — from design and engineering to production, transportation, on-site erection, and final handover. Our erection team works in direct coordination with both the factory and technical department, ensuring seamless system integration and execution consistency from model to construction site.

International Projects
For overseas projects, while Fcrete does not directly perform on-site installation, we provide extensive technical support to assist local contractors and façade installers. This support includes:
Pre-installation coordination
Prior to delivery, we collaborate with the project team to finalize lifting plans, panel sequencing, bracket locations, and interface alignment. All panel labels, shopdrawings, and packing documents are organized to streamline site workflows and avoid installation delays.
Site-specific installation documentation
Each project is supplied with a customized Installation Method Statement, which outlines:
• Fixing system and subframe connection details
• Recommended tools, lifting equipment, and anchoring components
• Panel handling procedures and protection measures
• Shopdrawings coordinated with subframe and adjacent systems
Ongoing technical support
Throughout the installation phase, our engineering team remains available for:
• Remote consultation and issue resolution
• Review of as-built conditions or site adjustments
• Clarification of joint detailing, tolerances, and sequencing steps
